Always take the KAL Limousine Bus to/from the airport to your hotel .... its just as fast as a taxi for a fraction of the price .....

Concur. The KAL bus is the way to go. There are several different busses, however, so ensure that you check the information boards outside the terminal before boarding. They leave every 20 minutes or so. BTW, make sure you have enough local currency (around 14,000 Won as I recall) to pay the driver...they don't take other currencies - or credit cards.
