Shopping for hi-tech items

Close to the Hyatt Erawan (15 minute walk), try Pantip Plaza for shopping for all types of hi tech items. You will find hardware, software, movies, etc. Always bargain though as it is expected in most places. If you get hungry, there are quite a few places to eat including a food court in the third floor. Overall a fun experience.
Also right accross from the Pantip building there is Pratunam market which will
offer a lot of cheap stuff, mainly clothing anf the like. Same bargaining tip applies there as well.
