Handicapped persons free

If you have a government issued handicapped id card, you may show it at any French museum. Do not buy any museum pass...you will not need it. You and your companion will enter free in most places. You will always bypass the entry lines. At some places, you will get a greatly reduced entry fee. On my last trip to Paris, evry museum was free including Versailles. The only place that I paid for entry was the Eiffel tower, but the fee was low. Also, when visiting the Arc d"triumphe, find the elevator. It won't take you to the top, but it will get you up close to the top.
