Sushi
For the best experience or for the catch of the day, just ask for the "Omakase" (Chefs Choice). Or if you want to explore on your own, be sure to start off with "Shiromi" (white fish) and work your way up toward a more fatty fish as locals do. One may ask to change their soy sauce for a new one after a fatty/oily fish to avoid mixed flavors before closing with a choice of pickle roll. Asahi Sushi, located in Shinjuku had a semi private room for four on the 53rd floor of a skyscraper with a window. Great view of Mt. Fuji as you enjoy the Edo-style sushi at its best!
