Muthu's Curry

Fish head curry is not a dish that on the surface appeals to first time visitors to Singapore, but if you get over the thought of having your meal look back at you then you will be pleased beyond your expectations. Muthu's is an institution in Singapore on Racecourse Rd. in Little India. Apollo's curry on the same road is also good, but Muthu's gets my vote. A nice, meaty fish head in curry sauce is served to spoon over biryani rice on top of a banana leaf. You may tuck in with your right hand and enjoy every succulent morsel.
