5-star dining in Dallas

If you're in the mood for some 5-star dining during your next trip to Dallas, my favorite restaurant by far is Abacus. The cuisine and service are spectactular. FYI - owner Chef Kent Rathbun and his brother were competed on Iron Chef America against Bobby Flay - and won! It has to be good, right? A few tips:


-Be sure to call ahead and make a reservation - it fills up pretty quickly, especially on weekends


-If you're celebrating a special occasion, let them know while you're making your reservation. They are able to customize your menu with a special message (which you can take home when you leave)
